Shipping Information

UK ORDERS

All orders within the UK cost as follows:

FREE standard shipping (2-4 working days) for all UK orders

£3.50 standard shipping (2-4 working days) for orders below £50

£6.50 next working day premium delivery (1pm cut off for orders)

EU ORDERS

Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to the EU

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - allow up to 10 days for delivery

FREE shipping for all International* orders over £200

£25 shipping cost for orders below £200

All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and dispatched by the next working day.

*International is currently limited to delivery to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Thailand, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, USA. If your country is not listed, please email us at care@houseofsustainability.com as we may be able to arrange this.

All international orders are shipped from the UK so duties and taxes may apply when they arrive in your country. You will be responsible for this as we have no control over these charges or any delay this may cause.  If the item is held up in customs and you do not pay the required duties and taxes then your order will be returned to us. We will deduct any duties, taxes or fees paid by us from your refund.
